ThomasLinze.com is a personal website for my professional profile, projects, contact form, and client portal. I collect only the information needed to operate the site, respond to messages, provide access to private project pages, and protect the site from spam or abuse.
If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to send. I use that information to read your message and respond to you.
If you use the Client Portal, I process the access code you submit so the site can determine whether it should open a private project, shared media page, or related destination.
This site may log limited technical information for security, spam prevention, and abuse prevention. For the Client Portal, that may include hashed access codes, hashed IP address/session identifiers, browser user agent, whether an attempt succeeded, and the time of the attempt.
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help reduce spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare may receive information needed to verify that a visitor is likely human.

I do not sell personal information. I may share or process information through service providers needed to run the site, such as website hosting, email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile.
Contact messages may be kept in my email records so I can respond and refer back to prior conversations. Client Portal access logs may be kept for security review and abuse prevention. I remove information when it is no longer useful for those purposes.
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. The admin area and Client Portal may use necessary session cookies to keep security-related functionality working.
